Serving others drives my passion. Helping leaders to be more successful, more rapidly, while being happier summarizes my coaching philosophy. I help executives and leadership teams increase their potential and quality of leadership with the goal of meaningful & positive impact on employees, clients, and the bottom line. Diversity of thought and perspective help leaders serve others more effectively, passionately, and with better results.
As a Senior Partner at Korn Ferry I coached executives as they transitioned to more senior levels with greater responsibilities, mentored business leaders in improving their value propositions to their clients, advised on succession planning and decision making, and coach and assist Veterans transitioning into their post-military careers. After 16 years with a billion dollar international information technology consulting firm as a Vice President and CIO, I departed in September 2001 to return to active military duty.
For over three decades I served our nation in a variety of positions in the Pentagon and around the world. Prior to retiring from the Army as a Major General, I facilitated the withdrawal of US forces from Iraq, helped neutralize chemical weapons in Russia, oversaw investments in biological prophylactic research on deadly pathogens, to include Ebola, and helped coordinate military emergency response support to States during natural disasters. I am an advocate for the environment and for helping to make the world a safer and better place.
Today it is my privilege to work with leaders who serve others, and who want to make a real difference in the world, one person at a time.
