GW's Partnership with the Federal Prisons Industries Receives TOC's Leadership Award!
Did you hear? The Training Officer’s Consortium recognized GW-CEPL’s partnership with the Federal Prisons Industries (FPI) and honored us with this year’s Leadership Development Award.
Over the last few years, participants going through our e-Co Leadership Coaching Certification program (ECLC) coached employees of the FPI on how to grow and develop a coaching culture within the organization.
One of the participants going through the experience said: “Care for the other and for the self is at the heart of leadership. I thought I was a good listener but have learned to listen at a deeper level. This is a new shift I have experienced with the support of my peers and my coach. My team has noticed it and so has my family. This work is life-changing.”
