The One Humanity Lab is designed to build on e-Co Leadership Coaching efforts to seed consciousness globally through leading-edge whole-person and whole-systems tools. Through real-world clients and strategic partners, we continue to grow and develop a flourishing community.

Lab Participation Requirements

  • Successful Completion of the e-Co Leadership Coaching Program
  • The desire to cultivate coaching as a calling, build and grow your coaching business
  • You are committed to making a difference in the world

Lab Objectives

Supporting e-Co Leadership newly certified coaches to grow and develop an ACC portfolio through a Coaching Practice Clinic format

  • Get to do 60-70 hours of client work and make a difference
  • Contribute over a 6-8 Month period supporting 6-7 clients of 10-12h/each (team and group coaching available)
  • Receive guidance from peers and mentor coach
  • Enhance your coaching skills in a peer learning circle approach
  • Prepare for your ICF Exam

Strengthen and enhance your commitment to service and make a difference in the world, by engaging with those who directly serve and touch lives every day

  • Work with clients worldwide as part of your practice
  • Directly touch and support the people who serve the community
  • Experience a high diversity of clients and issues
