I am an executive leadership coach and consultant who is passionate about bringing forth the potential of individuals, teams, organizations, and communities.  In this capacity, I serve in Washington DC, and throughout the world.  The anchor for my work is that we are all creative, resourceful and whole and that we are all stronger together.  The Humanistic Philosophy of Ubuntu has been a guiding principle in my work; in particular the tenets of interconnectedness, respect, and dignity.

These days peace leadership has my attention and I infuse peacefulness into my coaching and consulting, where appropriate.  My coaching niches are S.T.E.M. folks and international/intercultural coaching. For me, coaching is highly intuitive, collaborative, and exponentially fun and successful!  Not surprisingly, my coaching philosophy is that we are all whole and not broken and thus I take a strengths-based approach with intuition mixed in.

My favorite body of work is based on John Gottman’s work around conflict.  From that work, I have created a program on Conscious Conflict Management and that is my favorite course to deliver to participants.

Fun Fact About Me:  After visiting India 5 or 6 times and each time being told that I looked Indian, I finally asked someone what people meant by that comment.  She replied that I looked Parsi.  I had no idea what that was but when I googled it, a photo popped up that look a lot like me!  So, I completed a DNA test and sure enough, 13% of my DNA comes from the Middle East and India, thus explaining why I look Parsi to Indians!
