Mentor Coach

I am a leadership coach and consultant helping mission driven individuals and organizations thrive. I believe in coaching as a way to (re)discover, deepen and expand our connection to self and thus, possibility. From that space of wholeness and grounded exploration we can more easily access well-being fundamental to fully show up in all aspects of our lives.

It is an honor to work with leaders at national associations, non-profits, public affairs firms and government agencies in Washington D.C. along with business owners, civil servants and elected officials in Texas and across the western United States. Within this lens I have experience facilitating boards of directors, creating internal and external communication strategies and launching numerous educational initiatives and professional development programs.

Building and advancing teams within organizations and partnerships among related stakeholders is a rewarding component of my work. I have enjoyed working with diverse teams of individuals, volunteers and co-workers representing a broad range of perspectives and experience to manage multi-million-dollar budgets, develop training programs, form consortia and deliver conferences and events for audiences ranging from 30 to over 1000 individuals.

Part of a third-generation farming and ranching family, I have a deep appreciation for nature as a teacher and powerful healer. I hold a vision of individuals showing up fully in organizations and communities of respect with cultures calling forth and reflecting our best. I am delighted to be a leadership coach.
