Program Faculty

I am a seasoned leadership and executive coach, attorney and professor with more than 30 years of experience working in academia and with businesses, nonprofit organizations and creative entrepreneurs.  As the founder and CEO of Possibilities Forward LLC, a leadership coaching and consulting firm, my goal is to help leaders maximize their personal and professional development.  My approach to coaching is fresh, bold, creative and co-created to help leaders discover and implement new possibilities for themselves and others.

I became a leadership coach because I witnessed first-hand the transformative power of coaching as a personalized and confidential form of professional and personal development. Societies and organizations are rapidly changing and in order to meet the global challenges of equitable, diverse, and inclusive communities, leaders must self-discover, self-evaluate, strategize, be accountable and engage in possibility thinking.
